1. Student Cancellations
If a student needs to cancel a lesson, Quran Haven should be notified as early as reasonably possible through an official contact channel.
Class Cancellation Policy
This policy explains the general approach to cancelled online lessons. The specific conditions of a selected plan or offer may also apply.
2. Late Cancellation or No-Show
A lesson may be treated as used where the student does not attend or cancels too late for a reasonable alternative arrangement, subject to the applicable plan terms.
3. Cancellation by Quran Haven
If Quran Haven or the assigned teacher cannot deliver a scheduled lesson, we will work to arrange a replacement session or another appropriate solution.
4. Teacher Availability
Where necessary, an alternative teacher may be offered to maintain continuity of learning.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Unexpected technical, health, connectivity, or emergency circumstances may be reviewed individually where appropriate.
