1. Requesting a New Time
Please request a schedule change as early as possible through an official Quran Haven contact channel.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that students and families may occasionally need to change lesson times. Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and the applicable plan terms.
2. Teacher Availability
A requested time cannot be guaranteed. Alternative times may be offered depending on teacher availability.
3. Time Zones
Students are responsible for confirming the lesson time in their local time zone when arranging or changing a session.
4. Late Requests
Very late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations or used lessons depending on the applicable plan terms.
5. Changes by Quran Haven
If we need to change a scheduled lesson, we will work with the student or guardian to arrange a suitable replacement time.
6. Repeated Changes
Repeated schedule changes may require a review of the student’s regular timetable so that a more suitable recurring time can be arranged where possible.
